NEW: RI Gas Up 11 Cents

Gas prices in Rhode Island increased by 11 cents from last week, reported AAA Southern New England.
The average price for regular, unleaded gas is now $3.84 per gallon, which is one cent higher than the national average of $3.83. The prices ranged from a low of $3.74 to a high of $3.95, for a difference of 21 cents.
Last year, the average price of gas in Rhode Island was $2.84, a full dollar below today’s price.
