Brown Forum for Enterprise Offers Start-Ups Help
Monday, January 03, 2011
Looking to grow your start-up and need some technical assistance? Well, the Brown Forum for Enterprise offers start-ups help understanding how to contruct and negotiate term sheets. According the the organizers, "a term sheet is a critical document that lays out the basis for the agreement between an entrepreneur and an investor. It is notoriously pro-investor, frequently containing land mines and other booby traps hidden in the often unfamiliar nomenclature." This program is entitled, "Term Sheets Demystified."
