BENRUS Opening First RI Store

The BENRUS company has a rich legacy as a military watch company. It was acquired by Giovanni Feroce a year ago and has been transitioned into a lifestyle brand.
The legacy of the watch company goes back to 1921, when three brothers Benjamin, Ralph, and Oscar Lazarus of Romanian descent founded the watch company that went on to be the watch of choice to the U.S. military during World War II.
BENRUS' new Providence store will be located adjacent to the Providence-based headquarters in the Fox Point Area on Pike Street.

The experience will be unique since we're welcoming customers into our headquarters. The retail showroom will exist on the first floor while corporate is hard at work all around it," said Mikaela Condon, Director of Retail Operations.
BENRUS has been seeking retail store staffing and the store is expected to open this month.
Earlier this year, BENRUS was featured in the New York Times, and the BENRUS brand went viral when press reports unveiled that the face of the BENRUS brand Camille Kostek was dating New England Patriot All-Pro Tight End Rob Gronkoski.

The first BENRUS store is now open in Rochester, New York.
More stores are scheduled to open, including Newport, RI.
