Fashionistas, I'm calling it my Big Bang Theory.

It's mid-February, and I'm sure you are all ready and itching for your new spring looks. Well, here's a trend that is sure to change your winter blues into springtime hues. We are talking bangs and color! Three ways to rock it out this spring:

1. Heavy bang

Cut a heavy bang with under-foiling techniques. After your cut, have your stylist  foil thin slices under your new bangs with a level two shades lighter, for an interesting, soft look that's very up-to-the-moment.

2. Center bang

This Brigitte Bardot center bang is huge this season - it's all over Fashion Week in New York. Color-wise, you can highlight pieces through the bang area and top of head, but be careful not to lighten too much. It's all about subtlety this spring when it comes to highlighting.

3. Baby bang

Think Parisian glamour or Audrey and you're getting there. The baby bang paired with chunky sun glasses is all the rage. Go for it.

He's currently styling on location alongside film stylist Alan D'Angerio on the film, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, starring Jennifer Garner. He's been in the industry for 17 years, moving from hip neighborhoods in Chicago, to Boston's Newbury St, to Bellevue Avenue in Newport. He maintains that his real passion, though, is being behind a salon chair.
